Office Manager - UK

We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager/PA. The ideal candidate will come from an Industrial or Construction background.

The role will involve supporting the Managing Director with the day-to-day operation and overall functionality of the business. This is a busy working environment and would suit someone who is organised and efficient.

Job Summary:

• Control and management of all business process administration
• Manage, control, and improve the business systems in conjunction with MD
• Give guidance, leadership and training to the office personnel moulding them into an efficient and highly effective business support team.
• Take control of all accounting functions ensuring full compliance with current legislation.
• Produce weekly flash profit & loss
• Produce monthly management accounts and trial balances in a timely and efficient manner.

This is a permanent, full-time position.
